Place a large pot on medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp of oil until hot. Add meat and brown on all sides. Add dry ingredients, stir to mix well. Add wet ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender and cooked through, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
